You still need proof of delivery for the items and unless you got some shady merchant account out of russia, you still need proof that they got it. Most merchants accounts in the US require valid paper proof, not the trackable online crap and high dollar items still require a signature.

I use signature delivery and sometimes delivery confirmation.

I was referring to Chris and his I go to the post office and pack my stuff so that the video captures it and the fact that he states he uses a merchant account. A MERCHANT ACCOUNT still requires paper proof which is completely different than paypal. Most merchants want you to get a signature thus if you don't obtain one you usually pay a higher transaction %.
