Anyone Ever Had All Their Listings Drop In Best Match Search Rank Simultaneously?
 

Nearly all of my Buy It Now listings show up first for their respective keywords in eBay's "Best Match" search.

That all changed a few days ago. Every listing that was top ranked dropped about half way down the first page in the search results. All at the same time. Listings that sell not even one tenth of what I sell are now ranked ahead of mine.

No messages from eBay. No changes. Still Top Rated Seller. Had my account since 1999.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Does anyone know what the cause might be?

Yes they are very spordaic and it could change back or it your listings could go even lower down.

If you got a recent case closed against you, recent return, bad feedback/bad dsr's etc.

Theres alot that can affect your search standings.

This is why its best to have a squeaky clean account if your selling things that have a somewhat flooded market and you need to be at least in the first 2 pages of search.
