Help! How can I do this ?
 

Hello everyone,

Basically I have been using shipstation for more than an year with amazon and ebay and just recently started experimenting with "Buy 4 Get 1 Free", "Buy 3 Get 1 Free" etc, additions to some of my listings from ebay. The problem is that I can rename listings that are already purchased but for the future ones the name doesnt stay there and it resets to its original as my store is set to use "names" instead of "SKUs" (which I cant use anyway as ebay doesnt have SKUs). I have been talking to numerous support technicians at their site but they seem to be clueless and 3 different guys gave 3 different answers.

Anyway, how would you do it if you were to complete this task? Shipstation is a recommendation but not a task, so any method would help me out to at least get some vision on the options available.

I use ShipStation extensively, but have not run into your particular problem. You might want to give it a few days. Not every forum member is on the forums every day.

Why can't you use SKU in eBay? On eBay it's called custom label and you can put your SKU there and then use that on ship station.

The problem is when you try to generate any kind of report (sales, postages etc) it will not take SKUs into account, so basically report page will be blank. That's not the issue with amazon stores however. But, ye, I had done this before before realizing all my reports were gone.
