The negative feedback stated that the item was bigger than she thought. That's it. All specs are given in the listing. What can I do? I blocked the buyer though.

You should respond to her that most girls usually don't mind if it's bigger then expected :pout:

YOu act like this is a devastating as a tea-cup child getting her first "B" in school. Deal with it.....people leave negatives for good reasons AND bad reasons.

You ever been flipped off in traffic? Snarled at in the grocery store? Snapped at by some parent with an unruly child? Maybe the person had a bad day.

Just get over it. Life happens. Life is not always fair.

It never fails to make me laugh when someone comes in and screams that the sky is falling because they got an unjust feedback or bad DSR because of a postal screw-up.

If you were selling 30-40 items per day and leaving feedback then you should have gotten at least 100 feedbacks per month. That comes to 1200 in a year. That one bad FB would take you down to 99.9%

People with any sense on ebay understand that customers can be jerks. When I buy, I don't worry unless the FB is below 98%. That means 49/50 people are satisfied enough. If you are getting an item at a 25% discount then so what it you get burnt once out of every 50 trades.

I will bet you return things to stores because you are not happy with the item sometimes. Ever left a negative review of something on amazon, Angie's List or anywhere else?

No? Then you are screwing over other consumers if you had a bad experience and did not share it. Same with never leaving a bad feedback in 15 years. YOU are intentionally screwing over all of us by not making it known when there is a bad actor on ebay.

I will say that I do not appreciate you just passing over bad sellers and not helping us identify (through fedback) people to avoid. For those of us who try really really hard to provide top-notch service just to have us treated just the same as other sellers who rip us off, misdescribe items, or provide shoddy service is JUST WRONG!

Or you could use this https://shipyourenemiesglitter.com. I read that this site went viral and was bought for 85k later.

This is an ideal idea. I love the thought of doing this. Not too mean, but just enough of a pain to waste someones time.

I said I've never had problems on eBay. So why would I leave a negative feedback? You clearly need to re-read what I said as you obviously don't comprehend what I said. The whole point of my post was there had to be a correlation between my first negative and my sales dying. Why don't you go waste all your negative energy somewhere else.
