Its just telling you what action eBay have taken to protect your account...

It usually outlines DSR and such ratings that they have upgraded or removed.

Ye, just received it on all accounts. I honestly think it is bunch of bs as I have never noticed this boost in DSRs.

The way you know its BS is when you have stealths in their ageing process and you get that email saying it proctected you against all this stuff when you know that account hasn't even been used... haha.

I get pissed every time I see the messages because their DSR is dumber than ****. I hate being judged on 2 platforms. Either get rid of feedback or get rid of DSRs.
