Manually Uploading Tracking and Fund Release Dates
 

99.9% of the time I print labels straight from ebay or paypal...funds released within 3 days. The whole spiel. Usually the availability date is 21 days out and once it shows delivered, it changes to 3 days out. I've noticed on an item that I've manually uploaded tracking on that it never changed after being delivered. Still shows the same date for funds availability as it did originally (21 days out). Package was sent with signature required, delivered and signed for. Anyone else have this happen?

Its funny that you said the above. A month back, I believe someone had actually posted that when they upload tracking off EB, that they get their funds faster than if they uploaded straight from EB. Might be worth digging up such a thread OP

I was the one that posted that actually. And funds were even released same day for some of those where I uploaded tracking manually. Now this time, estimated availability date is still 21 days. No clue if this is something new or some type of "glitch" or slow updating system. When I click on the tracking number, ebays system even shows it as delivered.

Could be a glitch in delay of fund release - PP is known for glitches...ugh

After checking the tracking on eBay for the order and seeing it said delivered, did you click on the availability date 3 or 4 times?

If your on top of tracking and you check the tracking on the day it has updated to delivered, than I almost always need to click the availability date around 3 times for it to update

Now if it's been 24 hours since it has updated delivered than the availability date will usually update without the clicks

Ebay funds availability date still hasn't changed. But it has finally changed in PAYPAL...one monkey doesn't know what the other is doing I guess.
