2 ebay accounts on one paypal
 

I have read the guide like 10 times and have successfully opened one stealth account while "leasing" a 500/$25000 account. It says plainly in the guide that you can open two accounts and use the same paypal account. It further states:

"You create your second ebay account exactly as you did your first ebay account except you would need to have a separate email address; then link it to your paypal account to let it age"

I am pretty smart (150 IQ), but i do not undertand what they are saying. Do I just (a) open a second ebay account under my first ebay account or (b) start a new ebay account and link to my paypal. Everything on my paypal is cool with my credit union bank account linked and vanilla mastercard. THe paypal is in a freinds name just like my ebay account.

So my simple question is do I open a brand new "stealth" account and link to paypal. I am not worried about suspensions, etc as my first account only had ONE disgruntled customer who bought 35 items and returned them all and left 16 negative feedback in an attempt to get shipping refunded.

OR do I just add another account to my "semi-stealth" account?

My orginal stealth is still 5/500 but I have that 500/$25000 to use until it ages up.

Create entirely new ebay account. Disregard creating new paypal account. Link new ebay account to already made paypal account. Finished.

Why bother using the same pp for multiple eb accounts? Technically...you COULD open up to 8 eb accounts per pp account (since there is place for 8 e-mail additions) BUT, keep in mind that many possibilities of eb action exist:

1. All accounts may go down due to security
2. You may get low limits on all
3. You may get high limits that will be reduced later on.

The only real advantage this has is if you have a high selling limit and the account is over 90 days....then you can make a new account and receive those limits by linking the two. I would just run separate accounts...but since OP is "leasing" the other account, he probably wants the easy way out.

When you make your 2nd eBay account use all the same information, Name, Address, Phone Number

All that should match the other eBay account, and the only thing that you need to differ is the email address

And than you will link that 2nd eBay to the PayPal account that is already running with the first eBay

It is not an ideal situation, I have tried this a few times, it seems eBay is really watching things and you need to run everything extremely by the book

Also you cannot sell the same items across accounts, you will be suspended quick for circumventing your Limits, and they are strict .

If your running two accounts with one PayPal they need to be selling completely different items , different category

And if one gets suspended so does the other

Thanks DMSHARK25, that makes perfect sense. Why didnt the guide just say what you said and I would have understood. Kinda of like Pete Carroll said when coach at USC. "I thought we were going to win right up until the time we didnt"

By saying make an account it is implied that the way u make an account Is you need a name , address, phone number and email.

So that's why they just say make the accounts the same except for the email address

But they dont say it can be the same name as the other account.

The reason they don't say that, is it's not advised...those accounts are insta-linked and if there is a problem on one, there is a problem on both......been there done that......it's no fun.

Well they kinda do, they say make the 2nd account exactly the same except for the email address.

When u make a seller account you need to enter, name, address, phone, and email

So when u make the second account use all the same criteria except email

i am not using stealth account i have paypal on my name and i have 1 ebay account already (thats flagged), is it possible if i make new ebay account on diffrent name but with same address and paypal that i am using in flagged account and i am still running flagged account because i get some sales on it daily.

I thought you get 6 email addresses per one paypal account or has it changed?

@usuma, nice search and old thread finding. It is possible to do what you are suggesting but you never know when the new eb account also gets affected because of linking
