My listing was on Ebay for over 7 hours and then can't longer find it.
 

Hello everyone,

My listing was on air for over 6 hours, I could search it and see that it has 4 watching and everything is ok, now when im searching it for over an hour i can't find it, Ebay didn't remove it but it seems like it's no longer available for search.

Is that because someone reported my listing and ebay are viewing it or something like that? I'm not sure the reason...

Its because your ebay accounts is still new or pretty new, it can take upto 24 hours for the listing to appear. If the listing was taken down you will get a message about it.

When you do the listing it even says, it may take upto 24 hours to show. Dont worry it will appear soon enough. No need to rush things.

Yes I know that brother, but the listing appeared already and was able to view. i got 3 watching and over 80 viewes, i could search it on Ebay with my other account and find it. Now it's impossible and it's in "Active"

Seems very weird... like it's under view or something..

Having the same issue on one of my accounts also from yesterday. Was able to search it and find it and now when i try it no longer comes up? Also one of the listings has a bid already and still cant find it? Strange :confused:

Yes.. that's exactly what happens to me. When you go to My Ebay > Active it shows up there, right? That's why I don't understand why it's not longer available to view... weird..

Is this on .co.uk?

Ebay has lots a visability issues. Your item is likely live and others can see it.

Have you thought about ending it and relisting it different title and different category? I had an account in very good standing do something like that right before an MC999 Proctologist Information Request hit within 1 day. I couldn't locate it anywhere in my lists. Then I got the emails.. I sincerely hope not for your sake but...

Your problem is most likely that you have shipping address on your ebay account by default from the country where on your listing you dont ship to. And hence when trying to search for that listing from particular account, you will not be able to see unless you change option "Price+shipping lowest" or highest and then change the country there where you deliver your items to on the listing that you cant find. And then many other listing will show up and etc and you will be able to see the items on that account.

I've had this problem too. Was just about to make a new post then I saw this one existed. Would appreciate any additional insight that people could provide. I understand it takes up to 24 hours for a post to appear but I don't think that's my problem.

Happens all the time...a non-issue IMO.
