Tracking uploaded within handling time

Im getting issues where my tracking and handling time are not 100%. I ship out the item the same day before the cut off time at the USPS but Ebay is docking me and showing it at 86% because they scan it either the next day or few days late. What do you guys suggest?

Only true way is to take it directly to the post office and get a receipt

Or find a mailman and have them scan it in right then and there..

Is there any way to fix this issue>? i feel that i should not be punished for this since ebay sellers have to reach 90% for top rated and i am close it .
