Um, I don't know why, but eBay sent me a free 10.00 coupon. I dont buy nothing on this account. I only buy on one account that has my real address, the others I dont. So um is it safe to use the code on another account? Or will it link me? Or should I just sell it lol.

You not buying is the reason they sent you it.

It's for your account only.

Some people use them for buying from themselves, thus not actually shipping anything.

But you have to be good at stealth principles to do that successfully, which I doubt you are.

They give these out like they are free, it is to entice you to buy.
The ones in the UK are similar.
