eBay account selling limit outsite US/UK

I live in Singapore and I always contact eBay US to raise my selling limit allowance. But I just recently bump into this thread

Could anyone live outside those countries confirm for me do I need to contact ebay to lift the limit or just let it goes up automatically ?

Never call ebay to increase limits, much easier and safer to let limits increase automatically

Sell to your limits each month and they will increase automatically.

some peoples have unlimited account,even account not older and have no any selling history how to make it?
