Paypal Malaysia - Limited Access HELP!!!

Hallo

My paypal is now limited.
So i can't refund or get payments from my ebay buyers.

Can i create another paypal account from my mom's name and transfer ebay funds (buyer payments) to her paypal email account?

Will they restrict my account?

Yes.
You cannot just create another account and transfer funds. This will kill your other account too.
