No complaints but ebay is not charging much less for ebay store holders
 

I'm sorry. ARE charging me much less.***********

I had sold a $270 phone and there final value fee was 16$ and when I looked at the ebay fee calculator to check if it was right it also was right it also came up to $16 without top rated checked. I unchecked the (WITH EBAY STORE) box and tried again and it went to $16 to $27. BIG difference without a store. Any idea what's going on? or am I missing somthing. I thought the fee was 9% with a store. That's more like 6% . top rated is even crazier. Saying that with a store and top rated only $12 which is 5% .

Very confused. If anyone could help me understand this I would appreciate it. Thanks

I am unsure about the categories selling fees, but I usually count on EB taking 10% and PP taking another 5% because my non-store fees always seem to be 15% of my sale. So $27 on a $270 sales seems normal to me from my experiences.

There is no way the fees should have gone down that much. fees are only supose to go down by 1% for store. It went down 27 to 16. what the crap..

PayPal charges a 30 cents per item fee in addition to the 2.9% (or whatever your rate is). On cheaper items, that can REALLY boost the percentage paid.

i list in only one category i have 2 store with 6% fees. if not store the fees is 10%
the paypal % is the same 2.9 + .30 usd every transaction
so ebay store is good i think
