How many Gmail or Yahoo accounts can you open?
 

Been at this almost four years now, probably have had about 50-75 gmails in that time. Most are still in use.

Have any of you ever reached an upper limit on how many email addresses you can open/use?

I've been making a lot of accounts ( 2-3 ) a day recently, and I don't want to gmail to shut me down suddenly because I have too many.

I've been spreading out among other services, but gmail has worked well in the past.

Any feedback on this?

I find that you can open 2 gmail accounts per IP address.
I make sure to use an IP address from my own personal range.
Once opened I log into them with my own IP address.
Ive done this with several hundred accounts without an issue.

Much easier if you have a smart phone. I just go into settings and create another Google account (I'm on Android). After it's made, it adds to my gmail portfolio on the phone. Then I delete it from the phone and log in with the computer. I've done many this way with no issues.

I make more gmails than I can count. Be sure to do as slokor says, limit the amount you make per IP address

Spread the account creation as per IP - agree - I have been making few gmails here and there but I use other e-mail providers

google STILL tracks you in a similar fashion amazon does (thanks aspkin for letting me know this), associating your computer to you the sketchy account creator.

so if too many accounts are created from one machine, the risk of getting it permanently disabled greatly increases

for me, google threw huge fits and prevented my voice account creation

having multiple virtual machines fixed this beautifully

And does in in a nasty way too.

Trying to regain access to a gmail account can be like visting a dentist for tooth extraction.

Gmail is in bed with the gubment anyways...of course they will track all your sh*t.

I'm using Chrome Portable, what I do is create a new gmail address with every installation of Chrome portable,mostly they don't ask for phone verification because the browser is fresh. If they do then I just clear all cookies, hook up to another IP.

If you are feeling particularly lazy you can buy a bunch of Gmail address from Fiverr

Theres also this software called "bluestacks" that you can download. I use it on my mac, not sure if its Windows compaitable.

You can create as meaning emails as you want, which works perfect for me.

Do NOT buy gmail accounts in bulk, it will end badly.

Gmail accounts are quick to make anyway, you only need tonnes of gmail accounts if you are some kind of spamaholic

Theres no shortcuts to doing stealth the correct way.

Simple as that.

Any shortcuts always end to loose strings which down the road will always end badly.

I create new gmail accounts using a fresh IP, fresh portable install of Chrome, and a fresh Tracfone number. For the most part, Google may ask you to verify the phone number as soon as you create the new account.

the goal is to NOT have to verify with a text. When google sends that request, the account is already flagged for TOS violation, and it can be killed.

On what grounds will they kill it? If you verify by text through phone, it should be safe.

no, absolutely not

google uses crazy advanced tracking mechanisms that identify individual machines. They can't necessarily see the mac address, but think of them identifying your computer with a sort of proprietary fingerprint.

continued use on a machine used for juggling many other gmails can most certainly kill it
