What you can recommend me for stealth account

i new in the this forum,i always read and study always,thanks for everyone for sharing information
right now i am live in China,i want open some stealth,i have ask my some friends who is selling on ebay(local Chinese people)my friend told me Chinese ebay accounts for hard to open and confirm,if you want open personal account also need confirm Chinese local ID card camera while shooting your face,if it business account need confirm company informations and it is take almost 1.5 month so i give up for open Chinese account

i see some sellers(they are really doing this business great)on forum,they sell stealth accounts US and UK problem is i am in China,right now i do not know about UK accounts but i just see for US accounts each year if i am sell more than 200 pcs and 20k usd product i have to pay tax otherwise i will get problem with IRS and my paypal and ebay account will be closed

i see on ebay many seller show product location China and ship from China,i think if i ship all products from China it is will not be any problem right?

200 pcs and 20k usd very low really,can you suggest me any another Country which is easy to open ebay account,i think many people in same situation with me,if you have any suggest please can you tell me

in China small things very cheap like keychain etc. also shipping very cheap 1 kg price without registered post 15 usd,after open account i want to try 0.99 usd listing small items it is will be useful for increase my selling limit?
