ok what gives not letting me link eb to pp
 

Ok its a newer account bout month old ..I try to print label has little box to accept billing agreement to print label and pay later when funds are avalible
Everytime I click the box and hit purchase postage pops up error return to merchant. I have tried unlinking pp then relinking . still same .. went to pp tried to print from there still pops up error for printing eb labels ..If it it a pp only transaction it will let me print but all eb labels are denied with a error message .. tried multi shipping label printer on pp said I didn't have a eb linked so I entered my eb user name into pp still same error message ..

Wont let me pay my eb fees had to use a credit card to pay fees because pp kept rejecting auto payment .and there is PLENTY of money in pp ..

So what gives ? I hate to call pp to fix this but next eb fees are going to be high and will need money out of pp to pay any help??:help:

Are you sure the funds are not on hold e.g. 21-day hold?

yep got over 200 available and 159 pending

Try to clear cache, recent history and cookies, log out, log back in, see if it clears up.

I had one like this once, could never figure it out, couldn't get PP to pay for fees or labels initiated through EB, eventually ended up abandoning the account, too much trouble to work around all the time.

well I am almost redi to call pp this is getting old been thru everything
