Non-USA IP's
 

I have access to a lot of Canadian/UK IP's but the problem is that I am shipping out of the USA. Is there a way to sign up Canadian/UK addresses/info but still ship out of the US?

Just easier for me to access these IP's. They were included in a package that I got US ip's in. And I want to create a bunch of account so I'm just seeing if it's plausible.

Not recommended. Please consider some of the methods in the Stealth guide for obtaining US IP's, like tethering or myfi usb dongle.

I know very little about getting new IP's besides the current method that I use. However, I had an IP that I always thought was USA but it turns out it was a foreign IP. I got a weird message from eBay saying they thought someone else was using my account and I needed to call them. So I called them expecting entirely to lose my account but they just asked me to login and logout and then they asked me where I was logging in from and I said Las Vegas, NV and they said what ISP are you using? I said I didn't know I was using the apartment wifi. The woman said that it was showing up as out of the country but that it really didn't matter b/c I was logging in from the same IP address

That being said, I'm not saying that this account will hold up. But it did get past an eBay rep for the time being

I moved to Mexico 5 weeks ago.......using a Mexican IP, have had to verify once each on two separate accounts......but 4 have not had that happen.........and I've met a guy when has been using mexican IP on eBay for 4 years with no issues...........just sayn'.........
