ebay.co.uk "advanced" customer support

Hi guys,

I wonder if there is some "advanced" user support at EB? I am planning to sell a non-standard item, which partly violates EB policies, but just because their policies are too vast in certain areas. So before listing, I would like to get in touch with EB to get their permission to sell. Their general first-line support can't understand my product in details, and just responds with common phrases.

Ask for a supervisor or manager. But even then, it doesnt matter if they tell you its OK to sell it...they can still take your listing down or suspend you. Just because a rep says its OK doesnt mean it is.

Their site says I am allowed to sell vouchers. Their reps say it is not allowed to sell vouchers. OMG!
