Would this work?

If i bought a brand new phone from someone and used it soley for a stealth account would this work without getting it banned/limited?

I want to have a few phones so i can use them soley for ebay and paypal accounts so i can sell a range of products.

Thanks for any help

If you run the phone via the 3G/4G then it would be fine

Stick to using the browsers though
