eBay ended 2 of my listings
 

i received this message today.

To ensure sellers consistently provide a high level of buyer satisfaction, we monitor the site for listings that are likely to result in eBay Money Back Guarantee cases. When we review these types of listings, we look at criteria such as a listing’s images, the accuracy of the title and description, and other factors that may lead a buyer to be unhappy with their purchase.

Unfortunately, the items mentioned further below met these criteria and were ended. We took this action to help you avoid a negative buyer experience that could affect your account standing.

While these items are no longer available for buyers to purchase, they can be found in the "Unsold" folder in your My eBay. If your listing was multi-quantity with successful buyers, the item will be in the "Sold" folder instead.

Please review your listings for areas that can be improved. For example, make sure your listings have:
-a clear description
-great photos
-an accurate title

If the issue can't be fixed (item is out of stock, etc.), please don't relist the item.

do i relist these items or not?

note that these items were previously listed with my suspended account but i have used new pictures and descriptions and everything.

I would only relist if you can clear up whatever it was that was wrong with them in the first place.

What is causing people to ask for refunds?

i haven't had any negative feedback or refund requests. so far everything has been absolutely perfect.

More than likely you are listing a branded item. If so, this sort of thing tends to happen. You can relist, but make sure you include more photos and give a more detailed description of the product. (condition, included accessories, etc)

they are 2 generic items from china. they were listed for sale on my previous suspended account. i am nervous that they connected them to my old account

Generic makes me think ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items. Assuming it is not nor vero items you should be fine in that sense.

Assuming you followed stealth down to the dot (including washing your photos) you shouldn't have to worry. Your original posting said to give a better description, photos, etc.. did you meed the resolution standard?

we went to the extent of getting them professionally photographed.

There is a reason eBay ends listings......find out what it is and fix it.....call them if you can/have to?

Were they listed in the correct category? Was the picture quality meet ebays standards?

Its hard to give advice without specifics in cases like these unfortunately.

Professional pictures for cheap china crud? Why?

If we could see what you listed we could probably tell you, but we can't see it.

You'll have to start trying to fix things to see what the problem is.

We we intend on selling them through more than one website. Some that require professional pictures

Did you strip the EXIF data from the photos? Maybe ebay has had issues with sellers that have used those professional photographers.
