Bought an account but haven't logged in due to wanting to change ip query.
 

Bought an stealth account almost 2 weeks ago was wondering if there will be a problem with the account?

The reason why I haven't logged in is due to having problems with changing my IP address although its a dynamic IP address.

Have bought data on my iPhone so I can tether with my laptop and have made a new user account. Will this be a problem because maybe eBay/PayPal can see if me using my iphone to tether with my laptop. Also will there be a problem if I always log onto my eBay account with different IP addresses but on the same user

Finally how long should I wait before listing products on the new account and how many items can I list at one time on the new account?

You need to speak to the seller who sold you the account. These are questions you should be asking the account seller.

Tethering is fine for operating your account, this is a well used method. You can go ahead and log into your new account without any concerns, always having a different IP address is no problem and is how many ebay/paypal accounts are operated.

You should ideally be doing some browsing on your account, maybe watching some items for a while before you start listing. So you can go ahead now and start operating your account and build up some browsing history on it.

Good idea as well to contact your account seller who will always give the most appropriate advice about the best strategy for listing on your new account.

Best thing to do is speak to the account sellers

They are going to be in the best position to advise you.

why do you need to tether with your mobile if you have a dynamic IP? :rolleyes:

Have tried nearly every method available and still have the same IP address. Also tried contrasting my internet provider and they had told me that it's a bout the local area generating a new IP when one is available. Alright thanks.

Currently at work so unable to log onto my account and will do so when I'm at home.

Yes...I'm with the majority......ask the person who sol sit to you, so if there is a problem, they can't give you the "you should;t have done that"...line.

And tethering via a cell phone is great...I've been doing to part time my entire stealth life.....just check the IP address every time.
