Are you screwed? I've currently been making good money selling virtual items for 3-4 months now. Yesterday some kid was spiteful because i didn't sell him an item worth £40 for £20 so he decides to report me.

What are my options here?

Best option is to keep your fingers crossed :)

Not a lot else you can do unless you want to stop selling those items and look at selling something more physical.

Do ebay always review reports?

My listings have got removed before on another account and i get an email.

Impossible to say if they manually review everything. Only eBay would know that

That is not an MC notice. Its a removal notice.

Are they as severe as MC codes and will they monitor my account?

Any sort of item removal is a concern.

It would be a good idea to tread carefully and not list the same or similar items again

The item you are selling will always cause troubles...

If it is not the young kid looking for a discount, it will be eBay because you are selling digital goods... if none of the above it will be a competitor.

Change your business plan and have peaceful nights...

Create multiple accs, be prepared. Selling non-tangible items is always a risk.
