Should I sell an expensive item to a buyer that has 7 feedbacks, 100% positive, but has some issues with my buyer requirements?

Here they are:

- Don't have a PP acc
- Have 2 unpaid cases within 1 months
- Have a primary delivery address in a country I don't ship to
- Have 4 policy violation reports within 1 month
- Have a Feedback equal or lower than -1
- Have no credit card on file
- Have bid on or bought my items in the last 10 days and have met my limit of 10

He says he can't place an offer on my item, so it is probably due something from this list. Is it safe to sell an item to such buyer? I personally feel that such buyer will be a problematic one.

I would ask him to make direct payment to the Bank account

I agree with Jeff.
I wouldnt trust that sort of a buyer. Just not worth the risk.

If the buyer meets all of those I would be worried, if its just a country issue I may reconsider

Allowing anyone that has any of those above issues on their account to buy from you, it means you are opening yourself up to issues, why risk it? I'm sure the item will sell still.
