eBay get sued - so why don't ioffer?

I don't quite understand why eBay get sued for allowing counterfiets to be sold, when, to be fair - eBay DO control the counterfeits sold on their site.

But iOffer, who clearly have no bother at all to any counterfeits on their site - don't get closed down or law suits thrown at them?

I mean a pair of Luis Vuitton boots for $12 could be genuine, but I have my doubts :p

Ioffer will pull listings under their "COPS" program. But why sue a little player like Ioffer...Its called bang for your buck....

I haven't seen any of these intellectual property campaigns against online that really work. They just mostly do false positives and real pirates are able to slip under the radar.
