What Do You Use, MailBox Or PO Box?
 

Alright guys

I am wondering what you guys use who has got Stealth Account for the return and delivery address side of things?? Do you use a Mailbox rental or an P.O box??

I have heard somewhere that P.O boxes are not a good idea and I just want to get your opinions so I know the correct course to go down

Show us where anyone has said PO BOX is not a good idea?

PO BOX as a RETURNS address is perfect. Do not sign up as a registration address using either of these.

They said "Mailing address, the best thing to do is look at local mail box rental companies. Smaller the better Avoid PO boxes. "

I asked "Is there any particular reason not to use a PO box? Or is just the price?"

They said "eBay does not really like them. Need to be using something with a real street address. "

Ups store address works best for me. Both to setup stealths and take possible returns.

When you rent a box at a ups type store they give you an actual street address for your box instead of a "po box" type address....

That's only work If you are in the USA, not in the UK right??

Im not too sure about any ups stores in the UK. But yes in the US, the ups store is golden as far as im concerned.

PO BOX is fine to accept returns to, don't know what the problem is. Just don't use it as the registration address. All these questions have been answered before, search button will give you more info

But is it ok to use a PO Box as a registration address when you do the "Street Addressing Service" offered by most post offices?

This service is the Post Office street address followed by #XXX. "PO BOX" is no where in the address.

PO Box addresses work very differently in the UK, not possible to use one without 'PO Box....' appearing in the address, that is why over here they are not recommended to be used for registration purposes on Ebay.

Never seen anyone posting on here for UK that's they have found any PO Box addresses that can be disguised in any way to hide the fact that they are PO Box addresses.

What you have been told by the mods is of course correct bironwells you cannot use a PO Box as the registration address for the account, you need to read around more to get a good address for that, even use the search box above to type in and ask your question, there are plenty of previous answers waiting there. Many have asked about using PO box numbers in the UK previously.

But if I buy a Stealth Account then won't that already have a registered address attached to it??

Yes that will solve your problem of address details and also give you the support of the account seller who will give you wise advice on operating the account.
