Stealth account is suspended and I cant open a case.

I bought a watch for 270$ a month ago and received it replica, i cant open a case now because Ebay blocked me.

Is there anything I can do or maybe I still can open a case and i just dont know how?

Try to contact PayPal support, they should help.

yep you should be able to open a case on paypal through the resolution centre.
