making hundreds of listings in bulk

Hi guys. So its crunch time I have 500+ items of clothes to list, and need an easy way to do it.

Spent 5 hours yesterday and only listed about 30 items. I cant carry on like that I might as well get a paper round for the hourly wage!
I think using the ipad makes page loading a lot slower.

Apart from a few auctions to get accounts going, all my listings are high quantity buy it now items - 1 listing per product. But these are all going to be unique auctions.

I've looked around the forum and theres several recommended, but most of the threads are several years old.

In a nutshell, which one, that is stealth proof for several accounts, works best?

Selling manager is fine for leaving feedback (I select all then click leave random feedback) yet to do this automatically seems to be a common feature everyone wants.

But my primary reason is bulk listing. Clothes range through all the different categories and cover different sizes.

Offline would be ideal.

Thanks everyone you've got me this far now I need to step things up!

First off, 5 hours and 30 items is pretty sad... I can probably list 30 items and hour, but that's another story.

Quick things to do perhaps: Check your description. If you are writing WALLS of description for each item, see maybe you can write 80% of the description as a generic condition report that you can copy/paste to other description as well, then add 20% of individual description for each item. Saves quite a bit of time, long run.

That's most time consuming for me- I list each item individually and I hardly ever sell one item twice.

Well that was maybe a slight exaggeration but it still takes an unacceptably long time.

Half of it is the eBay page its like 30 seconds to do anything. You change price and it takes a while to load something and takes you back to top of page. Everytime I upload pictures it resets to basic uploader.

Descriptions are very basic. I click sell similar and change what's necessary.

Regardless, my original question, which service should I use?

Inkfrog seems great, but then there are concerns about images linking.
PushAuction sounds ok but looks very complicated
Turbolister no good for stealth
File exchange?
Sellersourcebook?
Auctivia?

What's going on aniseed? How is this in the best interest of a forum meant for stealth operations as opposed to how to sell your stuff?

Crunch time...make your choices and report back with your experience.

Primarily because I don't know which is good for stealth. Otherwise I'd happily sign up to em all and figure it out.

Maybe when I've worked it out i can spend all my new found time going through the forum flagging all the other hundreds of threads which aren't strictly on topic

Auctivia works well

You can write an algorithm to compile cells to create an entire listing in HTML using the data on an Excel spreadsheet, creating hundreds or thousands of listings at a time, and use File Exchange, Auctiva, or Imacros to upload them.
