What does the paypal limitation say? It will be right on your resolution center what is allowed and not allowed based on your limitation.

The type of limitation defined what is doable.

High chance you will not be able to enjoy that....

Keep in mind paypal are in damage control regarding the account ( & funds).

Yes I don't believe that you can! Seeing if a PayPal account gets limited it stops you from sending and receiving money.

Every limitation is different but most still allow you to add funds/receive, lol Not sure why we would add funds to a limited account but hey, PayPal allows it almost always.

hmm ok my limitation doesnt say anything about ebay items.. or paying for goods

says i could:

-withdraw
-Update account info
-add a card
-add a bank
-send refunds
-use paypal logos

why not withdraw then?
You can always try to buy and pay. What do you got to loose?

This limitation should be very easy to resolve if they are allowing you to withdraw.

Just had a friend of mine who recently just had this happen to them not more than a week ago! Not sure if I can get a hold a screenshot but if I can I will post it on here but it stated he cannot add funds to the balance

I do not withdraw because i simply do not want to waste a bank account on this.
I would do it but long story short I do not want to associate with this account anymore.

I purchased it from somebody and it happened to be 100% verified... So I just want to get my funds that i left in there

Getting a check with a miss printed name or variation and have an ability to cash it is very slim to none unless you get a very dumb Bank teller

Not the case at all.

If your bank allows mismatched name deposited, they allow mismatched name deposits...

If you have an issue with depositing a check in another name use the app on your phone if the check is less than $1500.00

They usually require ID.

If you have access to the Paypal address that you used you can have the check sent there and once you get it use the bank app to deposit it if its less than 1500$.

Ahh i see.. i just do not want paypal to know who the check was deposited to.. in all honesty the person i purchased the account from seems like trouble if he was able to make an account like this... He says its fine.. but i dont know.

If there is not way to do it.. i'll just leave the funds
