You should not buy on your stealth account that you plan on using! If you want to purchase something. It is better to make another eBay account with a variation of your name to purchase things.

Isn't it recommended to purchase small items in the beginning of a stealth account? After thinking about it.. it wouldn't make sense when you are using a f-ake address. I still purchase items on my banned account. Have not started a stealth account yet.

yes.... I have been for the last 5+ years.... with all the same account info with different email addresses of course.
