IP/Question for Dial-up users

Dial-up stealth users can almost never use the same IP to login for their account. Pretty much everytime they connect to the dialup service they get a brand new IP.

Does it matter that these IP locations are not from the same place... but they are all in the USA?

Does not matter - I use dialup all the time - IP changes are not a problem
