Ebay really pushing for sellers to get a store subscription

I just read the email regarding new fees and pricing policy, seems they are really pushing people to get store subscriptions. 20 free listings down from 50, 10% in ebay fees without a store. But sadly I sell clothing so even with a store my fees are still 9%. I

How much were stores before? I saw in the email that prices are gonna start now from around $15

If I'm not mistaken I think it's always been around $15.99 monthly if you commit to a one year agreement.

Depends on the volume you want to sell.

However, once you get a store the free listings go away, and I don't recall ever getting a free listing promotion when I had a store, maybe once in 4 years. I get way more free listings in the promotions than I ever paid for in a store.
