LLC verses Sub Chapter S Corperation
 

I had a talk with my lawyer about ebay stealth accounts (friend of the family, I didn't pay for his advice). He suggested I open a Sub Chapter S Corporation instead of an LLC. He said this would raise less red flags than an LLC. Any opinions on this. Also what website do you guys use to open your LLC's?

In terms of ebay it really doesnt make a difference whether you use a LLC or S Corp, it has more important implications for taxes etc recommend talking to an accountant

So if I open a few more stealth accounts.. I can use those for stealth purposes and i can open 1 or 2 llc's legit .Wouldnt the llc have tp have my actual name attached to it and when it comesd to pay taxes would i have to show actual suppplier info like wherre my products are coming from or just my business costs? Like cost of products i spent on my cc ebay fees pp fees gas car usage for business paper that kind of stuff
