What is the website for setting up an LLC
 

I did a search on the forum for LLC and nothing came up. I don't see how this is possible but if someone could just give me a link or point me to a thread where I can learn how to do it :s

there is no one website to setup an llc, plenty of ways of doing it but legalzoom is popular and easy

You can go to your state government website, and look there, there's forms you can fill out in at least some states I know of. A lot of times they sub it out to a 3rd party vendor.

I'm in Arkansas. I found it though. It was at the Secretary of State website. I had to put a search into it for LLC and a link popped up. Thanks for the help everyone. It also kind of blows me away that legal Zoom in charging people 149 dollars for paperwork that's free on the right website.:suspicious:

Lots of services exist that charge ppl and ADVERTISE about doing it for ppl...annoying but true...fees for the lazy/uninformed

Yes, it's called a Service charge, I can't see any company that provides the same service doing it for free....Also, the $149 is part of the fee that will be paid anyways even if you were doing the paperwork yourself.

Think about it this way, on this forum we have account sellers.....

I don't live in your state, but hopefully this might help you, but either way you will be out money for filing for an LLC typically it's around $100-$140

I use this Apply Online For An EIN Number - Employer Identification Number.

$75 for US citizens
$175 for International

İs there any way to open llc without living in US and having bank account in there.
