Funds held on one year old ebay account?
 

I have a two year old ebay account that is legit. I have over 100 stars from
buying items. I just started to sell on this account, it's connected to my paypal
account and for the two sales I have made the funds are being held.

I do remember at one time if you had 100 stars and 100 feedback that you money would go right into Paypal.

This is not the case at the moment, just curious if I'm leaving anything out
in Paypal maybe? All has been verified on both account over a year ago.
The only thing I don't have on the Paypal account is my SSN which may is why the hold is in place?

Its classes as a new sellers accounts so you will have holds on the first payments into the account. This can drop off in a few weeks but it can also last for months.

Do not add your SSN - it has nothing to do with it.
All new sellers have their payments held and the only way to get those holds removed is to exhibit a solid problem free selling history. How long it will take those limits to be removed depends on your level of activity and how many issues you have (or don't have) with any of those transactions.

Mostly my holds turn off in about 90 days if things go well, but they've gone longer and shorter, seemingly at random.

And beware, if you start to botch up they'll slap the holds back on, regardless of account age.
