I'm more than certain it's possible, but I've not yet had an account suspended for "absolutely no reason". I know when I bend the rules (which is most of the time) and while I don't necessarily agree that my account should have been suspended, I haven't yet had one suspended without reason. Maybe it wasn't a GOOD reason, but there were policy violations, or in the case of one account, the third feedback I got was negative with 1 star DSR's, that one I just ditched.

fyi i have rarely encountered account suspensions for listing as soon as i get my account finished. i always list immediately on new seller accounts. in the past year i have had only a handful of seller accounts suspened and i have had over 200 seller accounts in past 2 years.

Do you ever call eBay for limit increases?

I always read that you should wait a month to list but over the last 5 years I have almost always listed an item the day i open the ebay account!

Although i do get a call from ebay about an hour after listing my first item asking if i actually listed the items, then im fine.

Maybe it is different in Canada.

OP you said you listed a movie on your banned accounts.. They weren't disney movies i hope?

Not true at all.

Agreed. Great example of that being incorrect is here:
