PayPal limited me due to family member IP
 

Will Ebay do the same? I have 100% positive feedback on Ebay with over 400 transactions. I've unlinked the PayPal from my Ebay account but need to get a payment option on there. If I link say my wife's PayPal account that she hasn't used in a couple of years to my Ebay account will Ebay connect the dots and ban my long standing account?

Yes, EB and PP share info. EB is going to find out and you'll be toast, it may be days or months, but the clock is ticking.

Start over again with stealth and try to bet it up and running and good enough to replace the old account before they close you down.

Unfortunately, even if you connect one time on the same IP address it is going to be linked forever! At this point you're just on borrowed time It could be a matter of days or months but it will happen for sure!

Unlinking that paypal only works on your side.

paypal can still see the link.

What exactly happened?

What family member had the problems?

Welcome to the forums OP - is your PP limited? IF so...it's risky adding a new pp on - you can try other payment forms acceptable to eB - Skrill, Paymate, Propay but dont attach your wife's PP - it could be blocked as well.
