Paypal VBA Withdrawal?
 

I see a lot of sellers selling ebay/paypal accounts with verification and "VBAs" but are the VBAs just for verification? What about for withdrawal? Why would you even want to verify your paypal account with a VBA if you couldn't use it to withdraw money... kind of confused about this one

The VBA can be used to only to verify a PayPal. The point being that you can make sure the eBay account will last without wasting a bank account.

You cannot withdraw with vba. Only used to verify your paypal account.

Thanks for the answers, that's too bad. So since Payoneer no longer works with Paypal there is no sort of alternative way of withdrawing from Paypal besides adding a real bank account?

Bank account is going to be the way to do it.

And since youre from Canada you should be aware its quite simple to open a US bank account.
RBC offers a US based account that you can open quite easily and youll never even have to travel to the US to do.
If youd o travel to the US any number of banks would be more than happy to serve you and open an account for you.

VBA are bank accounts that is used to pass the verification process for extra protection. You CANT withdraw your money to a VBA. This is so you don't have to waste a real bank account on an account that you don't know will go down or not.

is it OK to buy biticoin from paypal account and then sell it to exchanger and withdraw money. is it safe?

You can withdrawl to certain VBA, not in the US tho.

By definition the VBA is used for verification only and is shut down once it is used for that purpose - regardless of what country it would be in. So no you cannot withdraw to it - no matter what country its in.
And as far as I know VBAs are available only for US accounts. If I am mistaken please correct me by specifying what other country has VBAs.

By Definition its a virtual bank account. You are mistaken. Other countries PP you can withdrawal to CC, and VBAs.

1st. The VBA's sold on the web and this forum are ONLY USED to verify PayPal's, etc. Their not meant for withdrawing funds.

2nd. We aren't talking about other Countries, the OP is in Canada and thus you can't withdraw to a CC....so lets not bring something that doesn't apply to the OP.

Why dont you enlighten us all as to what other countries offer VBAs.
And for the record - a VBA doesnt just mean a bank account with online access.

Its information, that apparently people didn't know.

Maybe he could register in another country and link it to his ebay? Maybe he isn't from where the icon says? Maybe others from all over the world visit aspkin,and read through the lines and use the information people provide?

I don't know what is considered a VBA. Many of the ones I have bought from sellers are just bank accounts that they open quickly and then they close them after use. I know many places offer virtual ccs. Even Paypal use to have a virtual CC to buy online. Not sure if any true VBAs. More like temporary bank accounts.

Ive seen it done successfully,as long as the PP account accepts USD. For someone selling accounts you seem a little wet behind the ear when it comes to international accounts. I am not just making up this stuff for fun.

Temporary bank accounts are exactly that - temporary.
