Cant upgrade personal to business within ebay

On a new registered ebay account thats personal under account tab , account type there is no option to edit the account type to business , can this be done on a new account or does it have to be 30 days or something?

It needs to be turned into a sellers account. Then you can upgrade it to a business account

You need to have sold an item. Please post an item on eBay first(can either be auction or buy it now) then you will
Be able to turn it into a business account.

Item does not need to have actually sold to turn it into a business account :)

Turn an eBay account into a sellers account is enough
