2 month account 0/0 limit whats happerning

Hello guys
I created a few account about 2 months ago , today I tried to list my 1st item and im getting the 0/0 limit on 1 account did another on my other account and same thing , I spoke to the ebay customer service on the online chat but they tell me to phone in , im not sure if I want to do so as I usually don't . is this something happening to lots of uk account or what! or is it im doing something wrong name and address both matches I have a vcc in pp but no bank of yet

It's down to how you create the account. Vary the way in which you make the account.

How do you currently make them?

It means there is some issue with the account creation method.

Have you got a verified PayPal?

no I just have a vcc attached

Not having a verified PayPal is contributing towards the 0/0 along with other things.
