Dvds: Ebay vs Half.com

Awhile back when I messed with media (no more) I noticed that you can sell completely unchecked on half.com with almost anything. As soon as I started selling the SAME items on eBay I was banned within a month. I was just wondering why this double standard is around.

Is it better to sell media solely on half.com instead of eBay?

You still can get hit by PayPal at half.com. And if they didn't ban you, it could be just a piece of luck.
