Adobe signature for buyers

Adobe has the capabilities for signature on a "document". As many sellers have been bitten by buyer returns "they didn't read the description" What do you think about sending the buyer a small form to sign that he knows what he is getting? It might help in disputes.

I am not sure how much attention PayPal or eBay would pay to something like that.

They could just say that they did not read the document much like they do not read the listings.
