Ipad Hot Spot ?
 

I have a ipad I never used for an ebay account. It is connected to my home wifi where there was a suspended account. Do you think if I reset the settings on the ipad and purchase a hotspot it should work for opening up a stealth account?

I don't think it matters much about the hot spot as it does having a different IP address than the one that got shut down. Make sure to factory reset the iPad so you know for certain it hasn't ever been used on eB. Download Chrome browser or some other browser other than Safari. To reliably make sure you have a different IP address, you can set up a VPN under general settings. Then turn it on. The letters VPN will be in the titlebar of your iPad when its on and working. Also mark a favorite for an IP check website so you can go there first to verify the new IP address. Your procedure would then be to make sure you have internet access, then turn on your VPN, then open your browser, then check your IP address, then go to eB/PP. If you go this route make sure your VPN logo always appears as you're on the site. If your VPN goes down while you're online you will have to manually go to settings and flip the VPN switch back on.

exactly what startacus say, MAKE SURE YOU RESET THE IPAD BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE. and hotspot should be fine but I would prefer a VPN so you can always log into 1 ip address instead of a new ip address everytime you need to log into ebay/paypal.

Better be sure you know the IP of the suspended account, if you can figure it out.
