Sales Slow over the last week
 

Hello,
The amount of sales in my account this week was decreased by 70%, comparing the to amount of sales in the weeks before.
I really don't know how that happened, my sales were good and suddenly I barely get sales.
My feedback and DSR are good, and my defect rate is 4.XX%, but it's still not 5%.
I can't recall doing any significant thing that may resulted the decrease in sales.

What do you think?

Sometimes sales just fluctuate. But it could also be because you seem to be hovering right around the 5% defect rate.

At the end of the day, nobody can say with certainty what is causing this to happen, it could be eBay burying you in the search results, or it could just be a slow sales week in general.

I have not see anything markedly different in the past couple of weeks, but we live in two different countries and most likely sell different items.

You need to keep around a 2.5 - 2.8 for things to run smooth. As soon as you start getting defects and approaching below standard they start to limit your visibility, and u can usually tell by a dramatic decrease in sales like your experiencing

sales have Probably been Slow Because of Mothers day weekend.. Its been slow on my end as well this week ..Damn Holidays LOL
