0/0 Limits on multiple stealth attempts
 

Alright..So I've attempted to make 2 stealths accounts now will all brand new information and everytime I try to list simple cheap products I get the immediate 0/0 limit telling me to call in and request higher selling limits or to confirm that I already have an established seller account.

I'm currently using
- Variation of real name
- Real DOB
- Gmail Acc
- Address down the street from my house
- Google Voice Phone #
- A Clean bank account
- A clean card

Any recommendations?

I used to sell on Ebay back in the day but due to a customer discrepancy and refusal to pay I got booted off. Recently started back up trying to get on Amazon but once I found out they pay every 2 weeks like it's a job I refuse to use it. I know they make a ton of interest off of money that way. I'm back on Ebay because before I had reached a point where once I made a sale I got paid immediately. That's what I prefer since I'm not a con artist. I'm just trying to flip some products and get my money back so I can flip so more.

Your problem is with Google Voice.

Buy a tracphone instead.

Best to use a VBA at this stage as well. It will save you burning though real bank accounts :thumb:

Welcome to the forums - new user account as well.

GVoice is a hit-or-miss these days so go with tracfone recommendation or other service.

Variations of a real name & a repeat of an old DOB raise flags too.

You need to change your method. As others suggested, try buying a tracfone. GV has been known to cause problems. Additionally, stop using variations of your name. Use a completely stealth name.

I use Google Voice on EVERY account I make, and a good portion of them end up with 0/0 limits. (However, I also immediately start selling day 1, this may also be a factor)

The solution is to simply call eBay. "But, the BOOGYMAN is going to get me!"

Yes and no...stealth is easy enough to master so why not give it a try?

My bank allows me to quickly create other checking accounts under my name, can I use those? They're very simple and easy to create and I get a brand new debit card when I do it. But, is it safe?

PayPal can't see the name on your bank accounts. So Bank accounts----yes it's safe. BUT, you want to do a few small test deposits before transferring a large sum of money, some banks hate mismatched names.

As for using your debit card with PayPal, I don't know. Someone else will have to chime in on that subject.

If you add your debit card your name and address will be seen by PayPal, it's good to a VCC

I don't think that GV is the problem, Ive tried tracfone too and still have gotten 0/0

Best starting out with tracfone and a VBA to avoid wasting a good bank account

Some of the account sellers have stated that they experience best results regarding initial selling limits after doing several weeks of browsing and purchasing at least 7 different items (the more over $10 the better).

I believe it was slokor that said that, but memory could be failing.
