Fixed price (Good 'Til Cancelled)
 

Ok i have a shop on ebay and i have got (Good 'Til Cancelled) fixed price,
now last month i managed to get my sales of a couple items up to 350 sold on fixed price buy it now, then the 30 day selling limit came to an end and i was to believe when i started selling again it would show my sold items of 350 but know i had to start all over again, what i need to know is how do you retrieve your previous listing to add to it i mean where is it? thanks in a advance.

Click on relist and.it should keep the same position.

I think there may be a time limit for this to happen, and 30 days may exceed it.

There is no way to show previous sales history if the listing has ended.

actually, do you mean that the month ended and your listing ended?

If so then you must not have had a good till cancelled listing. Good till cancelled continue as normal.

Can you clarify what you mean?

hi thanks for your reply, I have gone to site preference list and ticked the box for good till cancelled,
now last month the 30 day limit came before I sold out of stock and then went right back to zero even though I had sold hundreds of items,
but this month I am genuinely going to run out of stock tomorrow actually and there is 3 days left on days to sell do you think when my new gear arrives it will start off again at zero or with my previous sales, thanks for your help.

If it reset to zero without selling out then your settings are wrong.

Go in to the actual listing and change it to good till cancelled.

If you sell your remaining 3 items the listing will end. You need to keep it active to keep your sales history.

Ok how do I go into listing to change it to good til cancelled I just don't know how to do this can you tell me step by step thank you so much for your help.

Click on the listing, click on revise, then edit the time frame. Yours must be on 30 days at the moment.

I'm not sure if this feature is on other venues but U.S. eBay, there is now an option to keep your good til cancelled listings going even if your stock runs down to 0, it will just keep renewing until you cancel the listing, and when u get more stock you just revise the listing and add

And your views, watchers and sold values all stay active

The option is somewhere under site preferences

A GTC listing will last until you cancel it, or you are out of stock.
