Is DNS IP address a link factor?

I came across a website that tests my browser's ability to leak IP/DNS and I came to find that my ISPs IP address is being showed. Is this a concern for my stealth accounts? I am using a VPN for this test.

If you are using a VPN and your ISP's IP shows up instead of the VPN's IP, then that IS a problem. Because it is the same thing that eBay will see. You might want to check with your VPN provider for a solution.

If your worried about DNS leaking and want to be extra cautious can download software and use along with VPN, tons of software available online some free some not

If using certain browser (Mozilla for example) the webRTC process can actually leak your real IP address instead of your VPN address. This is a known security issue for the last few months.
Do a google search on it to learn more.
