I have recently sucessfully opened my first Paypal and Ebay ghost account but i would like to change the address on my Paypal account to a mail forwarding address, can anyone advice me on the best way to do this?

is the reason because you want to buy or expect returns?

If you want to buy just enter the mail forwarding address at checkout and leave the registered address as it is.

Similar for returns, just update your returns address On ebay.

Otherwise you just need to login and change your personal information. Doing this can cause a red flag, especially if the account is new.

The account is only 2 weeks old.

Yes, the reason is for purchases and if a customer wants to return an item. I was thinking to add the mail forwarding address at check but I know that some seller and buyer will only ship or return items back to the PayPal registered address.

You can add your mail forwarding address as your return address. Google how to add a return address.

When purchasing items, add your mail forwarding address as the send to address. It will show as your verified address to the sender.

You can add the address as the shipping to address on file.

One option you can use is to send the customer a prepaid enveloped and they can use that to return the item to any address you choose.
