Indefinite Suspension After First Listing Is NOT Indefinite.

Most of my accounts survive the initial listing, however lately a few of my accounts have not. My listing gets removed and I get an email stating that my account has been INDEFINITELY suspended due to "serious concerns". Well a 5 minute phone call is all it takes to get around this....and with an account that has 1000/25000 limits, youre damn right I will try to save it. What I was told is that its a security measure for new sellers to verify the items you are selling. They ask two questions...one, where did you get the item. And two, how are you going to ship the item. Couple minute hold and they tell you that your account is reinstated. That wasnt indefinite, that was temporary. Of course, this could also be a setup for them to verify public records, which they DID NOT do. So anyone who receives this "indefinite suspension" after listing your first item, you need to call in.

Even if the do the public records thing, it is fairly easy to get around most of the time. I RARELY fail the public records search.

That used to work for me, but it stopped.. they just won't reinstate. Did u guys list after you created account or did u wait 21 days???

I usually wait 1 month before listing

Yeah I wish this was true but reality is , every single account I have created , got suspended , they asked new a few questions and then decided not to reinstate me. I wonder if it is the fact that I start selling on an account which is under 30 days old.

Try waiting atleast 1 month.. browse for cookies and even better make some purchases before creating seller!
