Question about ip address
 

I have att uverse my ip is dynamic. When I do a cmd and ipconfig I get the ip for my "system". When I go to ip burger I get a different one. I contacted att support and they say it their server. Does ebay/paypal look just at the isp server or do they look at my system ip.

They do look at your IP address too! Be very careful

There are 2 types of IP addresses:
1. Your Internal IP which is how your Modem/Router uses to organize what device is connected to the Modem/Router. This IP does not matter when it comes to Stealth.

2. Public IP, This is the IP that can be viewed by Ebay/PayPal/Amazon. This is the IP that matters. This is the IP you need to change if your running multiple stealths. Also, your gonna want to Log each IP change.

If unable to change your modem ip can look into VPN, VPS, phone tethering etc
