Ebay's new policy for listing/updrage fees
 

So most of my listings are fixed price, however I want to change that to a mixture. Before I spend a fortune on starting the auctions I want to see if any of you can help with the new fee schedule. I have a basic store, eBay's new policy states that auction fees will be refunded, scheduled listings are now free and buy it now on auction listings are now free.

My question comes when starting a new auction.... When I got to the end its charging me...

.15 for insertion fee (ok, I understand this gets refunded when sold)
.10 for BIN
.10 for Scheduling listing ahead

So are the BIN and Scheduling fees charged and then also refunded when the listing sells or should it not be charging these in the first place.

ok, so kinda answering my own question here, but I see that in regular fees (seen here)

BIN and scheduled listing are free, however for store subscriber fees (seen here)

They charge you .10 for each.
Does this make any sense? Basically you are being punished for having a store now?
